"Thank you" Ace was an absolutely awesome customer service agent.Ace was very helpful and detailed in his reporting to me concerning care for my vehicle.I was a bit disappointed that when Ace was not in the office the other agents completely ignored me until a supervisor entered the office,the second time I came to the dealership to pay for the service done.Overall the pricing quote for my vehicle to be repaired was too expensive and so I did not continue any more business.Ace was helpful instructing me and my towing service... read more

"Friendly and informative." My daughter and I came in for an appointment with Edi Gaser. Edi gave us a few options that would be ideal for local commute to school and work. She choose the new subcompact Kicks, which offered great mileage and safety features. The process from there was smooth and done in a timely manner. The facilities we're roomy, comfy, and clean. Offering snacks and drinks too. I will definitely be coming back and have recommended this dealership (especially Edi) to anyone interested in a new vehicle.

"Staff is courteous and helpful " Staff was very helpful, had to return twice to get problem solved. My service advisor was very accommodating, The first day my car was being repaired I was able to get transportation home although I was a half mile out of the area. Mr Zaragoza also let me have a loner car while mine was being worked on.
