"Quick and easy!" Had an enjoyable experience. My service guy was so friendly and helpful. He was polite and the price was lower than he quoted to me at the beginning. My experience was quick, easy and enjoyable! I look forward to going to Downtown Nissan because I know I will get excellent service and be treated with respect.

"I can sleep better at night" I came in with an engine light and no audio sound. Jonathan at DT Nissan was an actively listener and set the diagnosis up with precision. He kept the communications channels open the entire time. He put me at ease by assuring things would get resolved. A week later the engine light is off and my audio is my with my new radio unit! "Awesome Service... ALWAYS!" I love coming to this dealership in particular because it's always fast and friendly service. Ernesto is always very attentive and a great listener.
