The check-in process was quick. The pickup process was excellent too, the Service Representative explained the items that are good vs. the items that needs attention. I was impressed with the prompt service. Excellent job, excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

Service was excellent and they wiped the outside of my car off. Birds attacked my car that morning, so I was grateful they saved me a trip to the car wash that day.

Litzy was awesome. She explained everything very clearly and was very helpful in taking care of my needs. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and good at her job.
