Very nice place, pleasure to be at. While you wait, you have wifi and cofee machine with lot of verity of choice and comfy chairs. A litle loud music and tv, but there are confrance room there that are not occupied and it was quiet there. Car was ready within expected time, 5 stars.

Nissan of Downtown L. A cared about my car service needs. They treated my like I’m part of the family. I had to return to have a part put on my car and I was the 20th in line. In ten minutes, I was 2nd person in line and the service advisor Sandy Cordero came to my car and called me by my name!
