Polite, fast, nice waiting area, agreed to do brake flush even thought it was a Toyota in a Nissan Shop. Easy to pay cashier. Clean restrooms!!!

Liked everything; Joshua handled everything well. He said it would take 4 hrs to update my Kicks with new software and it took 3 1/2 hrs. Pretty good. He also adjusted my screen back to its original screen b/c I couldn't figure it out.
