Michael Riffe, my Service Advisor, immediately discussed with me why I brought my car in to be serviced. He explained what service was recommended. The part that was needed had to be ordered; so, my car was kept overnight. Michael arranged for me to take an Uber ride home. The next day when the work had been completed on my car he followed up with me to see if I needed an Uber ride to bring me back to Nissan of McKinney. He explained the work that was performed on my car.
