The job was completed in a timely manner. The customer service at Nissan of McKinney could be better and more engaging. Many of the service advisors are huddled around their computers talking and hanging out like if they're at a bar. Some are on their cell phones, and they just look at you when you walk into the room. Not professional in my opinion. My particular service advisor, Joseph, was helpful. Not super engaging or friendly, but he did his job. Scheduling was easy. No wait time upon arrival. I chose to wait in lounge for maintenance complete. I was kept informed of the progress. A video showed under the hood and tire inspection. I was informed of future maintenance expectations. Everyone was courteous and professional. Free coffee.

Expedited my truck oil change as I arrived at Nissan' Service after 5:00. Performed oil change and washed engine bay as requested...before they closed at 7:00 pm.
