Most importantly, the employees were straight to business--serviced my car and I was out quickly. All were polite, very professional and I was happy with the service. But few smiles because they were intent on doing their job. That's good a good thing, but I can't help but feel a little sorry for them if the work schedule is so intense, so busy, that they don't have time to breathe or smile. Their work on my car, I give the employees 5 Stars. The work environment for the employees? 3 Stars.

Took 2 hours to get an oil change. Service desk was nice, somewhat communicative. Unless you need a certain mileage overall check and service, get your oil changes at quick lubes.
