First of all, the dealership was clean, organized and accessible. The service advisor (Carlos Murillo) attended to me promptly, discussed the services to be done in detail, explained how it will benefit my vehicle, gave me an itemized price and asked me if I had any questions. Then, he told me to give him 2 1/2 hours to complete the services. 2 1/2 hours later, the required services were completed, as promised, and I was good to go. He thanked me for coming and entrusting my vehicle to their dealership.
