Outstanding service. Brought car in for a knocking sound in the drive train. Sarena, the service advisor, kept me informed on the diagnosis and the progress of the repair. She went out of her way to be sure that the repair, axle replacement, was performed on the same day, including a transmission flush and a brake flush. I'll be back to visit Sarena and Nissan of McKinney's Service Dept.

We went to Nissan for routine maintenance and while there looked into leasing a second car. The service went well, as always, for our Rogue, and in the meantime we leased a 2024 Altima and the representatives who helped us with that explained everything thoroughly and were very helpful, making sure we were happy with our lease and found the one we wanted. Everyone was extremely nice and and pleasant to work with. It was a very good experience. This was our 4th time to get a Nissan and work with Nissan of McKinney.
