I went for my oil change, multi-point inspection, tire rotation and coolant flush. Abraham Olvera attended to me promptly, as soon as, I went in. He took the details of the services I needed, explained to me how it will be done, and how long it will take. He then accompanied me to the lounge, offered me coffee, and told me he will update me on the progress and let me know when it's done. The services were done and my vehicle was ready as promised. Thank you Abraham.

Long story short, the mechanics got me in right away. Kept me up-to-date as I waited. They were great! Then they detailed my car!

The actual service performed was very good however, the system for scheduling was less than desirable. Service messages pushed to me automatically were not date accurate. Message saying service was required were sent and then questioned when I arrived for the appointment. Services was performed but three days later I got a reminder for scheduled service the next week. Called four times to cancel the appointment that I didn't make but the calls were dropped before getting a service advisor to actually cancel the appointment. ... read more
