The wait was a bit long. I had 10:00 am appt to get 3 new tires, balance and alignment, and did not get out of there until about 1:30 pm. I think they might have forgotten about me. However, service was excellent and everyone was kind and friendly (including other customers). I will return, but maybe will be sure to make myself heard if it starts taking too long. Other than the wait can't complain
