My experience Was very good
I came in to the dealership because my heater was erratic. Abraham Olvera, my service advisor, promptly attended to me, listened to my issue and proceeded to get my car serviced right away. He came back to me with the cause of the problem and told me how the technician solved it. I was out of the dealership in no time with my heater working again.
