Danny Miller is the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with at ANY dealership! He listened intently to the issue with my car, was very kind and immediately addressed the problem having a service person look at the car with him and me right away! I had thought I would have to return to fix the issue but was pleasantly surprised that the problem was resolved that day! Danny deserves a great big raise, those awesome traits are rare in service people today! Great service all around!

The sales and service staff at Nissan of North Olmsted are the best. They always take great care of their customers and are honest and upfront with you. I highly recommend them. This is my eighth vehicle with them and I will not go anywhere else.

Trevor(? ) greeted me immediately when I walked in. He was very courteous. The waiting room was comfortable, well lit, and had a stockpile of cold beverages (but no donuts 😥). I didn’t have to long of a wait, and I left with a nicely washed car!

Great service! ! As always!! Mike checked me in and was pleasant and informative. They were done really quick even though I left my car to be picked up later.
Service appointment was not scheduled however they were able to get me in because of an unexpected battery issue with my vehicle. I really appreciated the prompt and professional service I received.
