Told Marty (Salesman) my wife was in charge of all decisions and choices and he delt with her until the choice was made. In fact he had to get the car she wanted transferred from another dealer and never tried to push her into one they had, Very Respectful and Professional.

The staff and service department at Nissan of North Olmsted are always courteous, and caring about their customers!!! When a customer purchases or leases a vehicle they give them a very nice gift of appreciation!!! In my opinion, that is going the extra mile and showing that they really care about the consumer!!! Danny and the rest of the crew were friendly and helpful, and even though I didn’t have an appointment, my wait time was shorter than I expected. I also had questions about updating my GPS and everything I needed to know was explained to me thoroughly.
We were greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable sales person. He guided us through every aspect of purchasing a vehicle. He presented the vehicles we asked to see along with all the data attached. He presented the paperwork and answered all questions asked. The contract was completed with Kelly, where the process was seamless.
