I was able to schedule the appointment that worked with my schedule. Tom, the Service Advisor was very friendly & explained everything well so I knew exactly what the problem was & how they were going to fix it. I liked the free wi-fi so I could continuing working & not miss work. Thought your labor rate was a bit high though. Guess that's to be expected from a dealership. Overall, good experience!

I like the place and service. There just seemed to be some confusion that day and there were some misunderstandings. A human day with bad weather influence. Also saw a sign they were short staffed.
