Service appointment was not scheduled however they were able to get me in because of an unexpected battery issue with my vehicle. I really appreciated the prompt and professional service I received.

When traveling from Corpus Christi, TX to Rocky River, Ohio my cruise control failed. I contacted Danny at Nissan of North Olmsted and got an immediate appointment to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the warranty part(s) overnight and repaired my Titan the next day. Great service and attitude of all the employees.
