It helped that I came to the dealership prepared (loan preapproval, online research which helped me determine exactly which car I was interested in), and it was just a matter of taking a test drive, getting a few questions answered, and doing some paperwork. My salesperson Mike was very friendly and helpful, as was Kelly in Finance. Overall, my car-buying experience was positive and painless.
Service Department is excellent - all front desk employees. They are the reason I would consider buying another car from your dealership. If not for them, I would probably go elsewhere.
