Mike DiChiro is very accommodating when scheduling my service and is great about communicating service processes. He is truly exceptional! I get the same level of service at Nissan at North Olmsted that I did with my Mercedes Benz dealership. That has made me a loyal customer for life! Went for a quick oil change and was in and out quickly with the service department. It was late in the day and they took me in quickly. They were courteous and friendly.
It was not difficult to get my car serviced. The only complaint I have is who ever serviced my vehicle did not provide a new sticker to let me know when I need to bring the car in again for service.
It was nice to walk into a dealership with a price you want to pay for a vehicle and drive off the lot with a new vehicle.
It is a wonderful fearful place to buy a car. People are very friendly, I was offered coffee, soda, or water. I could test drive the car I wanted to buy. Overall, an amazing experience.
Cody and Lane did everything they could to help me get into my new car. They knew what I needed and made sure I got it. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and experience.
Brooke as always goes above and beyond in every way. The entire service department will make it an easy and smooth experience for anyone. Truly what makes Nissan of north Olmsted better is the staff!
