Went in fearing I needed an axle repaired. They discovered it was merely a ball joint replacement and the final bill was much lower than I originally expected. Finished before I had to go into work that same morning!

Mike DiChiro is very accommodating when scheduling my service and is great about communicating service processes. He is truly exceptional! Went for a quick oil change and was in and out quickly with the service department. It was late in the day and they took me in quickly. They were courteous and friendly.
It was not difficult to get my car serviced. The only complaint I have is who ever serviced my vehicle did not provide a new sticker to let me know when I need to bring the car in again for service.
It was nice to walk into a dealership with a price you want to pay for a vehicle and drive off the lot with a new vehicle.
