Service crew are proactive and do a great job explaining required work. They are generally happy to be there and appear honest. I have little regard for the sales team. Do you really need them? What exactly do they do? Push paper? A trained xxxxxx can do that. I believe they are a waste of capital. Let them go and lower the car prices. It’s a win win for Nissan and the customer.

My sales person was attentative to my needs, flexible with my requests and very professional. The dealership was clean and the accomodations comfortable. The parking was ample and the landscaping was perfect for the bad weather we were experiencing.

Went in fearing I needed an axle repaired. They discovered it was merely a ball joint replacement and the final bill was much lower than I originally expected. Finished before I had to go into work that same morning!
