I ALWAYS give this dealership excellent ratings. Their service department staff are always courteous, they take care of me immediately. Any 'extra' things they find that need attention on my car are always explained, and I'm given options. I've never felt as if they are patronizing because I'm a female, and I can't say that about all dealerships. This is the third car I've had from NON, and believe me, it's 90% due to their service department.

North Olmsted Nissan provided quick and excellent service the same day my car was taken in. My car needed a new transmission and the job was completed that day and my car was washed!
My family has purchased 7 Nissan's over the past 6 years. I have also recommended many friends to NON. All have had the best experience in both Sales and Service. The entire staff lead by Mike D'Amato treats their customers with respect and professionalism. Personally, I pass at least 4 Nissan dealerships to take my car to be serviced by NON. NON is by far the best dealer in Northeast Ohio.

Was in the area with my Frontier due for next oil change, rotation, and inspection. Walked in and ask for quick service if possible. Met with salesperson to discuss trading in truck for new model. Truck was finished fast with a wash and salesperson had established cost of new truck after trade in and showed me new models. All done very quickly. i was thrilled.
Sales agent and owner were very patient and courteous in explaining the various options available to meet both my budgetary constraints as well as avalabile cars that would meet my families transportation needs .
David greeted me, I test drove the Versa Note, drove great, loved it....David got the paper work going, Lane explained everything to me, signed all the papers and drove away in my brand new car. Friendly & quick!!
