The service team always acknowledges me the moment I walk in the door. They maintain excellent communication during the service to my car. If I need a loaner it is always ready when promised. They do not try to "sell" me things. They educate and present options, which makes for a much more desirable experience. Of course I always receive a phone call and e-mail reminder as well as a follow up call fro Mike Damato (sp?) after the service has been completed.
I noticed a problem on my NISSAN Maxima with a sound coming from the right wheel bearing. It turned out that the wheel bearing was worn out. I had called the service department at North Olmsted NISSAN and they were able to get my car in that afternoon to repair it. I was truly fortunate that the vehicle was repaired so quickly. Thank you Service Department of North Olmsted NISSAN.
Very satisfied with my new lease deal on my new Rogue. Everything was handled professionally. I have been acquirig vehicles from this dealership since the late 1970s. I have been always treated fairly.
