Was in the area with my Frontier due for next oil change, rotation, and inspection. Walked in and ask for quick service if possible. Met with salesperson to discuss trading in truck for new model. Truck was finished fast with a wash and salesperson had established cost of new truck after trade in and showed me new models. All done very quickly. i was thrilled.
Sales agent and owner were very patient and courteous in explaining the various options available to meet both my budgetary constraints as well as avalabile cars that would meet my families transportation needs .
David greeted me, I test drove the Versa Note, drove great, loved it....David got the paper work going, Lane explained everything to me, signed all the papers and drove away in my brand new car. Friendly & quick!!
Easy to schedule an appointment. Everyone I speak with is friendly and polite. They explain everything in detail. Never promise anything that they cannot deliver on.
This is the third time we have worked with Brad. He called and informed us of the new Rogue and how he thought it would fit our needs. Brad explained both the vehicle and finances in a thorough way. We will definitely work with him again.
My expectation when I went to North Olmsted Nissan with my father was to start looking at what options there might be for me when I was ready to purchase a new / used vehicle, probably in the summer months of 2016. Todd really cares about and appreciates his customers. He did everything he could to make sure that our expectations were met with the vehicles he had at his disposal. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased through Todd.
