Jason in the service department always does a great job and above all is honest which is not always the case with car service theses days. We will continue to have my mother's 2002 Sentra serviced here.

Professional and easy to work with, however Its appropriate to tell customers there is a 5% additional charge for using your credit card. Which of course most customers would need to use. Finding out when paying is not customer first.
I have always gotten great service from your agency. I have bought two cars from you and get all my service done with your agency. I was annoyed to learn, without any advance warning, that you are now charging an extra 3% on credit card payments. I am not happy.
Went to appointment for oil change, recommended services, came back for appointment to have work done because of 10% return offer. I made the appointment online with notes for the work to be completed with pricing. Next day I called to confirm details and pricing and talked to someone/confirmed details. Went to drop off vehicle and provided different pricing. Also told that maybe I misunderstood person I talked to, but the details were in my appointment. They were Rude & ripped me off of new tires that were not even a year old.
I had 2 coupons-$20 off an oil change and free tire rotation but when my car was done they said since I used 2 coupons it was only $10 off the oil change. This has never happened before.
