Was told it would be an hour and 30 minutes later my phone showed an email oil change and car wash done already!
BE AWARE! !!!! I took my vehicle to this dealership and they charged me 1,400.00 dollars for the repairs. I left, the next day the check engine light came on. I called this dealership looking for answers after spending this amount of money. They had me get it to the service department . The service manager told me that I needed a new engine. Be careful. I have always been a customer of l90 Nissan, service has been below standards for sometime.Always new people and takes weeks to get appt plus they were apparently not noticing the repairs that were needed on my car which were found and taken care of at North Olmsted. I will not be going back there. Thank you for the excellent service, car running great!
In for my maint agreement service, no appt, only walk in. Waited less than one hour,

"I was able to make an appointment on line for within two..." I was able to make an appointment on line for within two days. I had my car serviced for oil change and tire rotation within an hour.
"I had A LOT of work done this time due to 60K mile..." I had A LOT of work done this time due to 60K mile maintenance but I felt confident in the suggestions and not taken advantage of.
"Turned in one lease for another lease" It was a lot easier than I expected to return my lease and to be able to sign up for another lease of a rogue
"Fixed under warranty " Wheels bearings fixed under warranty. Gear shift not working and that is not under warranty. Also got an Oil change and tire rotation. Waiting in line to turn car in is the worst part - or calling in - takes forever to actually get waited on. This is the main reason why I don’t get my oil changes done there on a regular basis. Mechanic left grease all over my door, seat and steering wheel. Overall though, it was a good experience. James is a pleasant guy.
