"you fixes he squeaky bakes on rgw third try" squeaky brakes Can be fixed, but your staff do not seem to be too concerned about this problem. Finally on the third trial, my brakes do not squeal, at least for the first two days. Glad you were finally convinced the squeaking is not normal.
"Service/repair of 2005 maxima" Went for test drive to hear noise from inside vehicle and determine problem causing noise. Technician also went on test drive. Vehicle found not to be hazardous. Taking trip out of town over 4th July holiday.
"Always a 5 star service an& sales " Nissan of North Olmstead is the only Nissan dealer I'll go to. I've tried others for service and its been a very bad experience. The folks at North Olmsted are courteous, and very helpful. Can't say enough nice things about them!
My fiance and myself had been working with Dawn Mcdermott - who seemed nice and friendly at the beginning. Obviously she was just doing what she thought she needed to do in order to make a deal. She said the deal was $320 OTD AND got my card number for a deposit. It wasn't until AFTER everything was said and done and my current NMAC lease is due in under a week, that she tells me that my payment is now magically $28 more than what she originally promised (each month), which is over $1000. I started off with Mike Becker and he was very helpful but busy. I was then handed over to John Spearry and he was distract and seemed anxious to pass me along and kept stepping away to use his phone. I left. I will go to Ganley next time.
Not 20 hours after delivery I was told "sorry, you took delivery, nothing we can do". I actually thought he was joking and then the phone stayed silent and I realized I had made a huge mistake choosing this dealership. UNBELIEVABLE the ego of that guy. STAY AWAY!!!
Leased a new truck at Nissan of North Olmsted. Truck was had horrible squealing sound on initial drive home. Dealership gave us a hard time replacing truck. Owner and General Manager acted defensive and were rude. Avoid this dealership.
My husband and I had narrowed our selection for a small SUV to a Nissan Rogue. We had talked with Rob on our initial visit and decided to contact him when we were ready to buy.
