"Quick & easy" I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years & everyone is always friendly. They take care of what you need in a very quick and friendly manner.
"Good an fast" The work requested and performed was done quickly with short waiting time and it was nice for them to give me a bottle of water while waiting..
"Prompt, efficient service" Coming here for years - never have had an issue with service or staff. Would recommend to friends or family for new cars or service on present cars.
"Oil Change" I stopped in on Saturday morning to find out about having an oil change while I waited and to see if there was a better time. The Service Adviser indicated that after 2:00 there would be less of a wait. I came back after 2:00 and had a reasonable wait - less than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. They also offered to wash my car but I had it washed that morning. Service Advisers were all very friendly and completed on time.
"Oil Change" I came into the dealership for a regularly scheduled oil change. No issues, they were busy, took a little over an hour but I was given fair warning in advance.
"Great operation" Great people to work with...very professional! Also accommodating to my specific needs. I have recommended dealership to many folks I know and will continue to do so.
"Routine maintenance service" Was greeted immediately. With no appointment they were able to do a routine maintenance without my waiting too long. I also appreciate being asked if I would like to have the car washed.
"New Car Purchase " This is the second Pathfinder we have gotten at Nissan North Olmsted. We returned there because of the good experience we had with Marty Turoczi. Our experience this time was just as good. Marty was very informative and efficient. He was never pushy. He went out of his way to find the car we wanted. It was delivered as promised. Any dealings we have had with the Service Dept have always gone well. I would recommend Marty and Nissan North Olmsted to family and friends.
"Oil change, tire light on." Super happy. Great crew. Was busy when I arrived and I was taken care of immediately. Thanks so much for taking care of my car for me.
