"Very Impressed!" As soon as I stopped in Ben came over and immediately listened to what I was looking for. I never felt pressured! He was able to pick out the SVU that I wanted and was very knowledgeable. The car is fantastic and my friends and family really like it as well. I also was on a time constraint and they had me in and out within the time frame I mentioned I could stay and yet I was never made to feel rushed in any decisions.
"Great customer service" I am always treated professionally, I have extreme confidence with Jason Smith. I know when I leave my car with him , it is well cared for. My repairs are always completed on time, and He calls right away to notify me when my car is done. My repairs are always done professionally and the prices are always fair.

"Maintenance is easy!" I have been coming to Nth. Olmsted dealership for 5 years and it has been so easy! I should have purchased the maintenance package when I bought the car! I suggest it to any new buyers!
"Great service" I stopped in to see if they had time to take care of the much needed oil change. They took it in no problem. Even though I know they were very busy they made me feel as I was the only thing important to them.
