"Oil Change" I came into the dealership for a regularly scheduled oil change. No issues, they were busy, took a little over an hour but I was given fair warning in advance.
"Great operation" Great people to work with...very professional! Also accommodating to my specific needs. I have recommended dealership to many folks I know and will continue to do so.
"Routine maintenance service" Was greeted immediately. With no appointment they were able to do a routine maintenance without my waiting too long. I also appreciate being asked if I would like to have the car washed.
"New Car Purchase " This is the second Pathfinder we have gotten at Nissan North Olmsted. We returned there because of the good experience we had with Marty Turoczi. Our experience this time was just as good. Marty was very informative and efficient. He was never pushy. He went out of his way to find the car we wanted. It was delivered as promised. Any dealings we have had with the Service Dept have always gone well. I would recommend Marty and Nissan North Olmsted to family and friends.

"Best car buying experience ever!!!!! Jeff Stein is awesome!" Efficient and positive experience - friendly and helpful staff - no wheeling and dealing necessary. We did most the deal by phone, came in for a scheduled meeting with Jeff Stein and drove away with a new car in less than an hour which involved signing papers and going over all of the features of the car. This is our 3rd vehicle leased from NO Nissan and will absolutely recommend Jeff and the dealership to friends and will absolutely come back in 3 years!!!
"Excellent " Great greeting! Great demo! Great sales experience! Sales presentation was detailed and upfront. No pressure by management to do deal same day. I was asked to buy and explained my reservation to think about it.
