"Another GREAT experience" Everyone in the Service department, including the Manager, is always so helpful and considerate. I always enjoy and appreciate the service I receive from this dealership. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
"A great experience " Everyone was so helpful! I enjoyed my experience and felt so at ease from the minute I walked in. They answered all my questions and got me on my way in good time.
"Service" Jason in the service dept was very helpful and his attitude/service was above and beyond. Service dept was outstanding and would highly recommend and continue to visit for any maintenance or repairs needed.
"oil change" Oil change was quick and thorough. Leased the Murano and hopefully will be leasing another in January.....Brad Baron was my rep and look forward to dealing with him again.
"Inventory" Dealership has a nice amount of inventory. I had a very difficult time finding the color I wanted at other dealerships. They had it in stock.
"Better than I expected. A 1st rate service dept." I got an almost flat tire on my way to Oberlin. Your service fixed in a very reasonable time.The waiting was comfortable. Your People were friendly and professional.
"Recall upgrade of EBS" Arrived at the dealership on a very busy Friday the 13th morning for an upgrade to my Nissan Rogue's Emergency Breaking System software. Even though extremely busy the service representative arranged for the service as quickly as possible and with the professional attitude I've always noted at this dealership. "Comfortable " The staff, service and waiting room And accommodations were in absolutely perfect. Everyone was friendly the place was very clean and we could use iPads while we are in the waiting room
