My husband and I have been looking for an Xterra,when we ran across Nissan of Portland.We met with Kiwi who was very gracious, knowedgeable and most of all not pushy.He was able to anwser any of our questions. First, let me start by saying that before purchasing the 2011 Xterra that I have purchased 8 other new vehicals and have had good and bad experiences. My experience at Portland Nissan is at the top of my list. My salesperson was Kiwi, who showed me the Xterra and was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. He did not PUSH anything, but just made a couple of KEY suggestions, such as the length of my garage, weight of the trailer I will be pulling and the turning radius in crowded parking lots; which are all invaluable. Steve was great to work with and very straight forward, which I appreciate! There were a couple of hick-ups in our delivery and he was quick to make it right. Roberta Martinez was awesome. Her customer service was first class. I felt she went above and beyond. She even personally delivered our new car after it had been detailed. Relaxed atmosphere and I didn't feel rushed into a decision. Everyone I had dealings with and introduced to were friendly and took time to fully explain buying or service processes. Jeff took the time to show me the ropes of the service department and allowed service folks to answer any questions I had. Jeff is charismatic and pleasant to deal with. I had a very good experience going with my girlfriend to purchase a car. Alan our sales associate did a great job finding and showing us a car that worked for us. It was a very comfortable and friendly shopping experience. During the test drive Alan did a great job of showing us all the car had to offer including the fact the back seat folds down and that there is enough room to sleep in it, which was a big selling point for the car. Alan was very knowledgeable with all of the cars i was looking at. Even though im younger he showed me how i would be able to afford the cars i really wanted and that i didnt have to settle for anything less, such as the 370Z's. He went through and explained everything about the vehicle even though he knew i couldnt afford one at the moment. He didnt judge a book by its cover and i respect that. I will recomend anyone who is looking for a new car without hesistation to Alan.
Amazing follow-thru by Alan. I never met or corresponded with him, but he responded to my email regarding my Leaf purchase within a few minutes and provided me information not available by my currently registered Leaf "dealer". I'm far away from him in Sherwood, or I'd consider changing my Leaf order to his dealership. I came in looking to a buy a car after having no luck elsewhere and this is definitely the place to go. Alan was very helpful, friendly, and didn't rush me like previous dealers did. I haven't made a purchase yet, but I definitely intend on doing so at this place. I can't remember ever having a comfortable atmosphere at a car lot before, so that is definitely a great aspect.
