I called about a car i found online, talked to Greg and he told me that the car was on the lot. I told him that i would be driving 100 miles each way so i wanted to be certain the car i wanted and that they had listed was there. He assured me that it was on the lot. Maggie who is the internet sales person called back and she wanted to verify again what i wanted and if they had it there.. Purchased a car from this dealership and need hrlp with my car registration and can't seem to get anyone to help me or return my calls.
I tried to make an appointment for my first service at this new Nissan dealership and could NEVER get a call back. I tried both by phone and live chat online. I finally left a message for "Thomas", the Service Manager and, no surprise...no call back. I then went into the dealership and left a message with the receptionist for the General Manager, "Gustavo" to call me and he also NEVER returned my call!!
