Service advisors are polite. I usually only get oil changes. Got an alignment once. Got a calibration. Never had a problem

Jimmy is always super helpful and trustworthy. I have had bad experiences with an associate at Torrance Nissan before being too pushy on services and rude when I say no , but Jimmy has always been respectful.
