This is the worst place to get a car the finance manager is really rude u asks to speak to a manger he is rude to I'm telling u don't g for o here to get a car they will let u leave the lot with the car then weeks later tell u it's a problem with the bank they are taking people down payments and won't give u the money back I called the bank they said everything went through but it's the dealership

When you buy a big ticket item like a car, you want to feel like you are on good hands & that dealer appreciates your business. I purchased two brand new cars & it took a total of three days for delivery. We stayed at the dealer some days in excess of 5-6 hours! One vehicle was still on the truck. We were advised that for all the inconvenience the dealer would make it up us. When we called to follow up, we were told that the dealer never made any offers. But, we should have seen the red flag. If I could give a 0 star I would, it's to much to write in a review. Please stay away from this place. A friend of mines purchased a car from here and forewarned me not to, but I was desperate and did it anyway because I kept getting mail every other day from them stating that they can get me approved in a bankruptcy with $0 down. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima and the tire went flat and 1 week, there were not thread on the tire and the brake light was on. Within 8 months the transmission when out. After purchasing yet a 3rd vehicle from this dealership, their treatment of a "loyal" customer is down right appalling to say the very least. No one answers calls nor do they return them. Mr. Roddrecus "Rodney" Dollar (Finance Manager) claims he knows nothing about financial deals that are made and therefore cannot/will not honor them--even though he manages this area. Every other review not featured on this website is horrible and so has my experience been dealing with this dealership!! If you read the reviews elsewhere, they are eerily similar, as is my story. This dealership will have you waiting literally from open to close. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra with a cosigner, and a month later was called and told I had to bring the car back because of an audit, and if I didn't the bank would report it stolen. IT HAS TAKEN ME TWENTY DAYS TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE AND FIRST I WAS OFFERED A NEW NISSAN VERSA AND GIVEN THE VIN NUMBER AND TOLD TO PURCHASE INSURANCE. THEN WHEN I CAME IN THE VEHICLE HAD CHANGED FROM A 2O14 WITH 11,000 MILES ON IT TO A 2012 WITH OVER 55,OOO MILES ON IT. THEN THEY HAD ME SIGN FOR A CAR WHICH THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE LEGAL POSSESSION OF YET. MEANING THE DEAL FOR THE TRADE IN HAD NOT COMPLETED YET. I went to Nissan in September 2014 because my Nissan Pathfinder didn't pass the emission. I told the service representative the code and the repair that needs to be done based on my own research (camshaft and sensor need to be replaced). He said he needs to make the diagnostics himself to see how the emission issue can be fixed. When I called back he said I need to replace my motor, but he can help me to run the car may be for a year by fixing the valve cover gaskets. These people are friendly they are the type that are smiling in your face while they are picking your pocket! They told me there was nothing wrong with my car but yet charged me $300.00. After I left the lot and drove my car I made one stop before getting home and my car would start back up! So I called them and they had my car towed back to the dealership.
