"ALLEN Moss" I came in to refinance my car to lower my payment. My payment went up by $90 . My salesman said I could refine in 6 months.
"Very rude people " It was the worst experience ever,my sales person was not honest,the floor manager was rude and arrogant,they wasted a lot of my time,I lost time from work dealing with situations from there,they never return calls,,the customer service sucks,they mess up the paint on my car,I spoke to the manager about this and he tells me there's nothing else he can do for me. I will never go to Back for anything.
"Will not recommend " I will never return to this dealership or reccomend it. We brought our car in as a trade, or so we thought. Three weeks after we got a car from the dealership we found out that they never paid off the trade in. So then I was forced to do a voluntary surrender on a car that was supposed to be traded in. "2018 Nissan Murano" The whole sales experience was horrible. A week after i bought the car, the dealer contacted me about missing copies of my license and paystub that were given to them in the day of person. Till today, nobody knows what happened to my original copies. A sales person named Ila lied and told me the march madness promotion was no longer in effort on 3/29 but I found out it expired on the 4/1. Management has yet to address the easy. "3rd time! " For it to be my third vehicle from this dealership the way they handled my my my experience was terrible from the salesperson down to the finance team they lied about a promotion they had going on they said that it ended already but come to find out it actually ended April 1st. "Poor Service " I took my car in for repairs. Alternator was not charging and cluster didn’t work. I was told they needed more time to diagnose the problem. That was $500. Then I was told the cluster and the neutral and reverse switch had to be replaced. $1100. After being told several times the car would be ready the next day. I went a week later to pick the car up. Cluster was not replaced, the light for the speedometer is not working. The car was dirty tires were low in pressure. $1000 price tag. $800 in Labor. Definitely... read more

"Made Impossible...POSSIBLE!" Came to the dealership to repeat what happened to me during my first experience! Eyes haven't seen and hears havent heard what God can do for one. That's why i keep coming back to Nissan South Morrow!

"Dissatisfied Customer" I was told to bring my car back since they were not able to detail it the night purchased. We came back next day was told by our dales rep take 1-2 hours. I was there total 3hrs, sales person was late and explained to me why it takes so long. Found out from service person was just given car 30mins prior to me leaving. Sales person never bothered to check on me, nothing. Not happy at all with way I was treated.
