"Our Fourth Vehicle" We weren't expecting to purchase a new vehicle at this time, however the transmission was beginning to have issues This is our fourth vehicle from here.
"Left me with a car that was unsafe to drive" My 2018 Nissan Versa lost power steering Saturday. Three caution lights came on: brake light, battery light, and oil light. "Dependable car yeah!" The repair bills became excessive on my old car. All of my friends drive Nissans so I decided to come in and get one too!
"Holes in the bumper" We recently (April 2019) purchased a 2019 Rogue after purchasing a 2018 Kicks in November of 2018. So, our first experience lead us back to this dealership. After bringing the Rogue home, we took the front dealer tag off of the SUV. To our utter surprise, holes were drilled into the front bumper of our $40,000 SUV. My husband went to the dealership and was told they were required to put the dealer tag on the SUV and that all vehicles have holes drilled in the bumper to attach the tag. "Not Helpful" I made an appointment to have my son's Nissan Kicks oil changed and tires rotated. I pulled in and got out of my car and for the longest time no one addressed me. Finally someone said they would be right with me. The service manager came out and asked if he could help me. I told him I was there for the first service on the car and I had a sticker on the car saying the first service was complimentary. He said, "We don't honor these anymore, but we will this time." "Unhappy with service center" In April 2018 I took my Rouge to Nissan South where I purchased it. Spoke to a young white male about my tire on the front driver's side because it was making a clicking noise..... They took my car to the back.
