Was able to get me financed with very little trouble but then after the paperwork was signed and they thought they had me it has been nothing but being overlooked, lied to, dismissed and bad business. They are extremely helpful when trying to get you to buy a car but beware, once you get it, they couldn't care less about you.

My work laptop took missing from the trunk of my car on the day I went for service. I asked for the tape to be reviewed in the service department and was told I can not be there to view the tape with security. On top of that, its been 7 days and I never heard anything back from the service manager (Ralph Gray). I have been a loyal customer since since 2014, currently on my second vehicle purchase from Nissan South Morrow. Their service dept is the worst. Consumers beware!!!!! I had a scheduled appointment and needless to say it took 6 long hours for my car to be serviced. I requested tires because of the price scrolling across the board in the customer waiting room and i was informed I'll need tires soon. The service manager said the sale was over and he will not honor the price. My service coordinator was very nice, but the service dept manager is a idiot. took my car for an easy campaign recall, and left with a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT cause by the repair as the agent HEATH STEPHEN STATED. BUT WHEN THE ISSUE DIDN'T GO AWAY, HIM AND HIS SERVICE DEPT DIRECTOR RALPH GRAY CHOSE TO LEAVE ME HANGING, STATING THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT MATTER. THEY WENT FROM NICE TO NASTY AND ARROGANT REAL QUICK.

There are some good and Honest employees that work at this location. The 3 that are Selected have done the following. 1. Lied about how they do business until the check is signed. 2. Can't contact them over the phone have to always go in person. 3. General Manager is never there when issues occur.

Had the car for a month and now they sayin to bring car back then switched it up and said to sign more papers why let a customers leave the lot under the impression that the sell was approve and done but today finance company said to bring back and i stay 3 hours away give me my money back

I a Nissan Rouge for 47 day and had to return it because the finance manger Rod Dallar didn't do his job and kept lying about everything very rude no good manors at all i returned the SUV i had gotten the Windows tinted after31 days i was told the deal was final so it was ok for to tint the Windows now they don't want to refund me my money back ....my next step

they let you leave there ant think you on the car but you dont 8 weeks an I have to take the car back they an go to another car lot 3000 down an they put another 6000 on the car with things thats not on there 40 inquirys so no another back will buy you when they done they shop your credit for one car. I been back over ther 5 times for contract an the payment goes up an when I look at the contact they got things on there that not on the car but you been charge for it im going to th news an BBB with this company. I've purchased 3 cars in the last almost 2 years from this place and with each purchase there's been an issue with the vehicles. Most recently I had issues with the exterior and sound coming from the trunk. They made the attempt to fix it but it was a failed attempt, the issues still persist. Ed Jackson, I assume is the manager that oversees this process is a complete failure in my opinion. He's yet to return my calls from a number of messages.
