Verified Renter Apartment community is well maintained and quiet. Office staff is nice but seem to drop the ball alot, manager and assistant managers are awesome though.
Beware!? $500 energy bills & mice The outside of these buildings is gorgeous and historic. The office is the original three story home of this once giant ranch. I loved the tour and the managers are very nice......... BUT SLOWLY you will start to see that the buildings are not well maintained. 1. EXCESSIVE ELECTRIC BILL... My bills are over 500 a month. And yet, the apartment is still hot in the summer and excessively cold in the winter. Yuck! That is because they have never bothered to spray foam into the attic or walls....... read more
Crime Area, Car Break-in I am highly concerned now. I haven't lived here very long, and already had my vehicle broken into and vandalized. The first couple months I lived here there was very poor safety lighting. Just a couple weeks now since they maintained the security lighting, and now my vehicle gets broken into. There is absolutely no parking.
Security Deposit Warning Lived there for years, and living there was okay, if skimpy on guest parking. After moving out, I was charged for painting the walls and cleaning the carpet. They stated that there was a smoke smell. The priceless part of the whole thing is...I'm a non-smoker and was the only tenant.
