I have been seeing Dr. Serna Since 1998. She truly cares about her patients and is one of the best Doctors I have had.
Dr. Serna is a great listener. I lean towards homeopathic medicinal solutions, and she does a fantastic job understanding my goals, educating me, and finding solutions that work for me and my family.
Dr Serna is competent, thorough, caring, and a good listener. She wants her patients to know and understand about their illness so she takes the time to explain or answer questions. I love receiving a printed summary of my visit with all the pertinent information on it.

Dr Serna, and her team, are simply excellent. Dr. Serna is a very knowledegeable family doctor who is both very approachable and easy to talk to. Her direct manner really helps you discuss issues in detail leading to speedy, but accurate, diagnosis of what is ailing you. Additionally she offers out-of-hours social events to promote better health through a healthy diet, discussing everything from healthy food to healthy cooking methods.
I have been a patient of Dr Serna for almost 15 years and have to say have been extremely happy with the service and attention to detail that she has exhibited throughout that time. The addition of Dr Englund to the practice a few years ago had a very positive effect. It has to be said that from Lata on reception, the other members of nursing and ancillary staff to the Doctors themselves has been altogether very professional and instils confidence throughout any experience I have had.
The first person you meet is Lata - she works the front desk. She is very friendly, busy and makes you feel comfortable. This type of response is found throughout the entire practice. Dr. Serna is a very caring doctor. You never feel she is in a rush to get out of the examining room and answers all your questions. When I say caring, I do mean caring for her patients even when they are not as committed. She continues to help you accept being a healthy individual.
I had an excellent visit with Dr. Serna. She takes the time to answer all of my questions and is very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
