I brought my car in after a breakdown to have them run diagnostics and get a quote on the fix. They charge $143 to LOOK at the car. Took them 24 hours to come up with a solution, and then Bill finally tried to charge me $2,300 to replace the ECM that didnt need replaced, so I got the car towed to Leverettes Auto Repair who changed the spark plugs and cleaned the valves for $200, took 2 hours, and my car has run for weeks now. Toyota tried to screw me big time and Ill never use them again.
Prices have gone up but quality has not. The truck was dirty with oil on the grill. When I opened it to inspect it one of the grill pieces was broken from where the screws had been over tightened. I don't know if the mechanic who worked on it was new but not used to that quality of service from this shop.

Oil change charge was way to high, they told me the were the cheapest around, I know that was NOT true, I didnt know it was going to cost me an arm and a leg for a oil change and tire rotation ($135) until they changed it, needless to say, I wont be back!!!
The fuel door was faulty before I bought the vehicle, but when I decided to buy the car and pointed it out to the salesman they immediately set me up for an appointment to get it fixed there at no cost

Not to good they do not do what I ask of them with my car. I have bumper to bumper warranty and they are constantly trying to charge me.

Did not rotate tires like they said. We check our tires before they rotate, so we knew for a fact they didn't. Called back over got the run around
