even w/an appointment, it still took them over 40 minutes just to take my sons vehicle back to the service area & it took over an hour & a half to perform an oil change... he was leaving to head back to college & wouldve rescheduled if he had known in advance or even when he arrived

They lost the valve stem covers on my wheels on my 5000 mile service and was asked to replace them at my 10000 mile service.. when I got the car. The valve stem covers were still missing. I had to ask the service man for them. He graciously put them on for me.
