The dealer service department dropped the ball several times. I ended up taking my truck to another local servicer to fix the issues the dealer service department caused

Took my truck back 3 times and they could never fix the issue. They I stalled the brake spread clips backwards and adjusted the rear brakes incorrectly. I ended up taking my truck to a local repair shop and the issue was easy to spot. I would never recommend the service department at North GA.

I had appt for my service but there for 2 hours. If my salesman/Roger hadn;t checked to see what was taking so long I might have been there all day. He did get with the services manger who I got me finish in about 20 mintues. He was upset when he found out. He didn't charge me anything.

you have your info wrong. this vehicle was not serviced on 4/26/21. i sold this vehicle on 4/14/21 and have not seen it since. your op ion and suggestions are a scam. i had no problem with North Georgia Toyota with their sales and service. my service contract was cancelled on date of sale.

I was supposed to have a credit on my account for a refunded tire that busted shortly after I got it but they refused to provide it even after I explained that the money was not refunded to my card and was supposed to be a credit on my account. They did not care and refused to honor their word. I will never come back.

Ms. Hayes, I just left you a voicemail asking you to give me a call. We certainly want to clear this up. According to our service department you purchased a set of tires from us in October. A few days later you hit a Road Hazard while driving through Interstate work. We replaced the tire under your Road Hazard coverage, so I'm not sure what we were supposed to refund. If I have the facts wrong please let me know and we will correct any errors.

They were on time for out appointment. For our 5,000 mile check up, rotate tires. multi -point inspection, inspect and adjust all fluid levels only took about 15 minutes. The next day air pressure gauge light came on had to take to some one else to ck tire pressure. Or drive 35 miles back to Dalton

There was a drive belt broke on my RAV4 . They checked my car and they had to order the belt but fixed it at no charge.
