People are very nice. They left a guard loose on the underside of my vehicle. It's a good thing I happened to see it hanging underneath and they had loosely put the bolts in place.

Took 4 hours for an oil change and getting new tires on. On top of that one of the new tires busted that same day.

Picture of the car on the website was not the car for sale. Misrepresentation! The car for sale was not in near as good of shape as the picture. I was told the picture came off the internet.

I am sorry for the misunderstanding. Unfortunately the vehicle has been sold so I can't see what pictures you were looking at. It is by no means our intent to misrepresent. We have an outside company that comes in and takes pictures. Until they come in and take pictures we will post what's called a "stock photo". It is there to give an idea of body style etc, but it is not intended to represent that it is the actual vehicle. It may typically take a few days to get the actual pictures up. Not real sure my tires were rotated hoping my oil was really changed. Young fellas working in bays cursing and horse playing. 2 weeks after tires were supposed to be rotated i had 10lbs of lost air in drivers side front tire And 5lbs air loss in passenger side front tire all in same day. I took the car in to get tires check and was told the one with 5 lb air had a nail after questioning driver side which was flat 10lbs was told yeah it did have a nail too but couldnt be fixed. Driving same tire

they said my car had a cracked windshield, that was a lie!!!!

It was an appointment to check the paint on my car.Waiting on the reply to see what they will paint. Didn't take as long as I thought to check my car.

Technicians are careless. They need hire new technicians who actually care for the Clients and take in consideration the Safety of the people while driving. They are not being careful performing their duties.
