Service was great, not enjoying the 15 word minimum for the survey though haha! Also, weird to hound someone when they traded said serviced truck in to upgrade.

Josh helped me keep track of when I'd be due for my next service, let me know of additional services he recommended, but never pressured me. He was super easy to schedule an appointment with, and really easy and convenient to keep in contact with while my car was being serviced. Payment and car pickup was quick and easy. I live closer to other Toyota dealerships, but make the drive to work with Josh because he's made each and every appointment painless.
