New Tacoma Gabe worked with me and made the process very easy and I liked working with him. I would gladly buy a car from him again. I was non-plussed during the paper work signing process. I sort of expected that with a 24 hour lead time that the stack of papers would be ready to go...but it seemed that nothing was done in advance. Great customer service When ever I am in for service Fred makes me feel like a family friend. He takes an interest in me and my family. He always makes sure my car is ready for whatever life throws my way.

Service Work Took 2007 Tundra in for inspection, oil change and general check up. Fred Duron is our representative and has been for years! We can always count on him to treat us fairly and recommend only what is really needed. He ordered the part and will take care of the truck when the part arrives. He even gives us an idea of what our vehicle may need on the next visit or two. Helps us plan. Within our family, we have two Tundras, one Rav 4, one Scion, and we have all service done at North Park under Fred Duron's care.

Overall, good experience I enjoyed working with the people at North Park Toyota as they were very upfront about what they could do for me, and listened when I explained what I wanted My salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job answering any questions I had, and always got back to me quickly When I texted or called. When it came to financing, the man I worked with explained everything clearly, and was very patient. Overall, it was a good car buying experience.
