Wonderful Customer Service I scheduled a service appointment with Service Advisor Michael Lopez. It was done in about 1 hour. I scheduled with Michael because he took very good care of me the last time I came in. I am an older female, and I truly appreciate it when I find someone who is not only pleasant but makes me feel confident that I am being treated fairly and not being taken advantage of. The facility is pleasant and I don't mind waiting there for work to be done, but good customer service is the most important thing.... read more

Excellent!! Joe Hernandez provided excellent customer service! The man we had to speak to regarding additional insurance coverage, I forgot his name...was a little too much. He didnt seem to understand that I didnt want any additional coverages other than the Gap insurance. Other than that, it was awesome customer service!

Excellent service, quick and friendly Would recommend to everyone, the service is excellent and fast. The dealership is clean and offers an opportunity to purchase food. Provides coffee and water while you wait. Very accommodating. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

waiting time was a little lengthy,but it was O.K The weather was rainy and my wife and I were a litle under the weather,my wife had surgery a few days before,not feeling too good, very cold inside your building.
