Great customer service Even though the dealership was very busy, Michael made sure to give me periodic updates on the status of my vehicle. Other dealerships could learn a thing or two about customer service from the people at North Park Toyota- always a pleasant experience. Oh, and offering free massages on the weekends - genius!

Got in and got out. Got in and got out at a decent time.Did not feel like I was in a hospital in the E.R. waiting to be seen 4 hours later. I gave 4 stars rather than 5 stars because there's always room for improvement.
Exceptional Sales Service Went to the dealer in the off chance of getting into a new truck. Spoke with the internet sales team and then I just showed up unannounced and was meet with a smile. The salesman (Justin) I spoke with was tied up in another deal but took a minute to bring in another team member (Robert) who immediately made me his priority.
