Long wait time for a simple oil change. Sales people approaching different customers around the waiting area to upgrade or sale their current vehicle was off putting and uncomfortable. Summary of car report wasn’t provided. The service was free and for that i’m greatful and appreciative and makes me want to come back for services or maintenance but some aspects were not my favorite.
