Great customer service and follow up I had contacted Jose while I was actively shopping for a vehicle with another dealership. They had horrible customer service, felt like I was being jacked around so I decided not to purchase from them and had kind of given up . I had not been over to visit Jose yet , although I told him I would I did not show up . He eventually contacted me and asked if I would come by the dealership.
