Awesome! I went in to service my 2018 Tundra and from the moment I got in someone was there to greet me and help get to who I had my appointment with. From that point on as my truck was getting service I never felt forgotten. I received updates on the status throughout my visit. Really great service all around.

10000 Mile Service I scheduled my appt online the day before my service. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and waited only a few minutes for Martin Flores. Dealership Service was VERY busy. Martin promptly came out, greeted us and wrote up my service. My truck was ready within an hour despite the volume vehicles that were there for service. Customer Service Yvette G. gave me excellent customer service. She was there waiting for me exactly at my appointment time, greeted me, and took over my needs quickly. She kept me updated on the work on my car. Made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Once my car was ready she went over the work that was done and had my car washed and ready for me to drive off. I will ask for Yvette again when my car needs service. Thank you!

Great service The service today was great. I got there 15 mins early and was checked in right away. I like that I was acknowledged right away when I pulled up to the service line.
