North Park Toyota, is a very good Toyota, dealership well known and respected. Good sales people and some still need improvement. Yesterday's service advisor, was outstanding very professional Jose Rosas, was very helpful, and professional, kind, polite and excellent customer service experience i wish him the best in his adventure in your team.
Check in was speedy and the wait time was less than one hour . Price was what I was told when I checked in.
Service was excellent and my advisor did a great job of keeping me informed. Not only did he prioritize safety items I needed, I also did not feel pressured into a sale.
