Excellant customer service!! My adviser Yvette Gooding.proved what excellant service is all about. She kept me informed on the service that my Tundra was receiving.. found that my battery needed to be replaced, I would never have know, best part , I was lucky ,..the warranty was due to expire in 3 days . This is the reason I return to Park North Toyota.. as I waited on the patio , a employee Richard came up asked if I needed anything brought me water, made sure the fire in the fireplace was burning. I took my 2018 Toyota in foe its 10,000 mile check Mr. Lopez is the best. He was very professional and informed me of what was to be done and the length of time it would take.

Excellent Service Visited the dealership to look at a Toyota 4Runner. Oscar the salesperson was a great guy. He wasn’t pushy like some of my past experiences. He did his best to get me the best deal possible. Didn’t go in that day thinking of trading in my vehicle but I ended driving out with a 19’ 4Runner. Great experience overall.

Test drove and Took it home! Richard SCHOTT was so helpful and quickly got me into a car. i would recommend him to my family and friends. He took me for a test drive explained the new radio and a/c system and the backup camera and even took the time to program my phone to the car radio.
