Service Excellent service i was able to look around with no pressure at all. Ozzy did a excellent job to get me in the vehicle I picked and Patrick put the finishing touch on my financeing doing a excellent job as well. I will highly recommend North Park to friends and family. Thanks guys!

Service dept I always have a great experience at their service dept. I took my car there even though I bought it at Cavender. Didn’t have a good experience there. Martin goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great experience. If Martin isn’t there, Fred is my go to. He is also really great. I highly recommend them both.

Great, from the greeter to the salesman and closing agent. Every person showed professionalism from the moment we walked in. The greeter was cheerful, like he liked his job, our salesman took exceptional interest in what we liked and what we didn't. He made sure everything was taken care of before we drove off in our new vehicle. And the closing agent was quick and to the point. All of this was done because we chose Toyota.

Service to Sales I went in for an oil change and prior to visit the service department I had looked for any specials online. I noticed the Great rebates being offered on the RAV4 currently. Justin Pilcher helped me look at a XLE model, I currently owned a LE model. I came home with a XLE. The experience was great! Now just to learn how to work all the new features that I have on the new vehicle. Justin took me through them (twice) :) he was very patient and helpful. So far I am really liking the blind side indicators
