To the owner of Northbay Roof and Gutter. I called for a roof estimate at a single family detached home just under 1900sqft. I met with Damian in charge of outside sales, estimations, situation handling when necessary and who schedules the crews many weeks out. We were replacing an end of life roof. Our date for roof, vent replacement and any wood rot was part of the estimate and scheduled five weeks out. This was a "long distance" project as I am in Washington State and the home is in Central CA. The communication and decisions were made over the phone and internet entirely. Coordination with the tenant was exceptional and the project went as planned. To date the leak is fixed and the tenant is satisfied making me happy as well.
We had a leaky roof at the West Point Inn and your workers discovered the source of the leak which was in the walls surrounding our chimney and not the roof. Northbay Roofing replaced tar paper, flashing and shingles on the walls which was immediately tested by the last big rain storm. No further leaks were detected and we are very grateful for fixing our leak.

They repaired one downspout and checked all the others. Things seem to be working well.
Work was done in a timely manner. Good final clean up. No disruptions. And now with the rain, no leaks and the gutters are clear!
The company was timely with estimates and did a good job with the gutter cleaning. It was a lengthy lag time between contracting and scheduling (almost a month) but that was understandable given the timing in the fall.
They were ahead of time came earlier than date !! was a surprise. Very nice Workers. Job was started And completed very quickly...
